RentalInvestCalc uses your browser's localStorage to save your inputs so you don't lose work when you close the tab. This data NEVER leaves your device, and it is not sent to us, to Google, or to any advertiser.

Yes. To keep the site free we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage and Google AdSense to serve ads. These set cookies that can identify your browser. You can block them in your browser settings; the calculators still work.
Because scenario data is stored locally, you can remove it any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain or by using the reset controls inside the tools. Analytics and advertising cookies can be cleared through your browser's privacy settings.
